  6. After filling in all the required details, review the information entered and then click on the “Submit” or “Register Grievance” button to submit your complaint.
  7. After successfully submitting your grievance you will receive a unique grievance registration number. Note down this number for future reference and tracking.
  8. You can track the status of your complaint using the grievance registration number. The CPGRAMS portal allows you to monitor the progress of your complaint and view the response or action taken by the concerned authorities.
  9. If required the concerned department may seek additional information or clarification from you regarding your complaint. Make sure to respond promptly as it can help expedite the resolution process.
  10. Once the complaint is resolved you will receive a response from the authorities through the CPGRAMS portal or via email. You may also have the option to provide feedback on the resolution process.
