Tata Tele services related to Dedicated Internet service was awful. A 10 MBPS dedicated line was taken but the speed received after the first month varied between 2-3 MBPS which further kept on deteriorating. There was no support from anyone. After that, when the line was discontinued, they had the galls to come back and ask for next cycle payment. Every customer should stay away from this service provider. Even a shared broadband service line gives better and more reliable service and value than this provider.
