SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRM IST) Ramapuram, formerly known as SRM University, is a top-ranking university in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It was established in 2004 and has over 20,000 students and 1,500 faculty. SRM IST Ramapuram offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs in Engineering, Management, Medicine and Health Sciences, Science, and Humanities.
