This is exactly what I was looking for! A fridge/freezer combo with a smaller fridge than I had before, with no loss of freezer capacity. The counter-depth allows me to stand in front of it and open the doors/drawers without being squished into my dishwasher (galley kitchen). The key to using this unit is to make it yours! I saved the door bins from my last fridge and use them as dividers in the multi-purpose fridge drawer. I also removed the bottom shelf and have all sorts of room for pitchers, cannisters, etc. The freezer drawers are huge, especially once you realize how high you can really stack them. I use the top one for my breakfast and lunch items, and the bottom one for meals and desserts - just figure out what works best for you. I will have to shop a little more frequently (I was going only every 3 weeks), but that's okay. Appearance-wise it is great. It opens up my narrow aisle in my kitchen, and the handle-free front gives it a sleek appearance. I had actually given up hope of ever finding a nice fridge, when somehow this one popped up on my screen. The only thing I do not like is the sound. Although it is much quieter than my last unit, the frequency of the motor takes some getting used to. I also wish the door display displayed actual temperature, rather than the temp it is set at. And, it would be nice to know the difference between the 3 settings for the produce/meat/drink drawer.
