Organization Details

I like a lot about H&M, their products, prices, the online receipts. I do not like their order process. It’s very simple to order, very simple to pay. But I don’t feel customers receive enough updates about their orders. I find myself waiting days after my order confirmation for news or updates about if my order has been packaged or shipped. The whole process is slow and non-informative. From such a huge company, you do expect more which is why I can’t give them 5 stars unfortunately.

H&M always has the latest trends at reasonable prices. I love how I can shop for casual, formal, and even trendy pieces all in one place. The quality is also pretty good for the price. Definitely a favorite! 😍🛍️
