I am an Airtel Black customer using Fibre broadband and Postpaid SIMs.
For an outage on the broadband, it took Airtel 4 days just to send the first engineer to look at it despite multiple complaints being raised on their app and on the Call centre and getting multiple assurances of speedy resolution.
Whether business users running small business or personal home front users wanting to watch world cup or OTTs cannot close down everything for 4-5 days awaiting resolution.
Airtel needs to improve Customer service drastically. Spend less on Ads, more on improving Customer service
