He is a nice person to talk to, but as a tattoo artist, he is not that good. He said he has been working for 17 years as a black and white tattoo specialist. Forget about specialization; his work on my hand looks like a tattoo student's work. No detail work; just some lines are drowning. He said he has a client base, and I think his special work kept it for them.
