We had a worst customer service experience feb 1st week reported a complaint to customer care service they told to send maintenance team within couple of days .No one came and again twice we called , nobody came for repair. Yesterday when we called they told within 2-3 hrs will get a call back and maintenance team will support. Unfortunately we haven't received any call . It's been 1 month our key got broken and almirah been locked. Customers concern and complaints seems to have no value ones we purchase goods from the reputed companies. What the company suggest shall we break it and post the video in social media .Need a response from Godrej team at the earliest.
